It’s one of my favourite seasons of the year’
Fun and life is back to School! The school is wide open as the dark days of the pandemic are hopefully falling to oblivion. This is after two long years DPS, Daulatpur along with all the other schools commenced offline for the students.
Excitement, Joy and curiosity filled the school as the students walked into the gates on the re-opening day.
Special assembly was conducted for the students for a wonderful beginning of the academic session 2022-23with the blessings of Goddess Saraswati Motivational words of speech by our respected Principal Mam and a hearty welcome for all the students .Teachers of junior classes also waited eagerly to chit-chat with their little ones and handover the welcome gifts .In a nutshell, the days the kids missed have begun for them.

We are proud to report that the students have brought laurels to the school by their excellent results. We achieved 100% results in CBSE examination held in March 2022.This was possible because of the continuous efforts by the dedicated staff.

In the Vovage of the discovery of excellence in the field of education ,our endeavour of keeping the values-love ,peace ,truth, non-violence and right conduct alive in our thoughts, words and action continues .To ensure that the students develop their academic skills, our school has taken different initiatives throughout the year.

‘A healthy mind resides in a healthy body’- DPS school has always taken the extra step to make the students believe in that.
Games and sports is the very fabric of a student’s life .It holds them together builds, character and promotes team work.
The Sports Department organized a series of Inter house indoor and outdoor tournaments for the games- chess, carom, football throughtout the year. There has been an increase in participation and achievements in skating, Taekwondo, football outside the school arena , such as interschool , state level national level events.
CBSE National Shooting Competition 2022: The victory adds another feather to the school.
The young masters of RIFLE SHOOTING OF Delhi Public School, Daulatpur showcased this skill in the CBSE National Shooting Competition 2022, held at Sapphire International School, Ranchi from 9th to 15th January 2023.Our Rifle shooters Abhishek Singh, Shourya Pratap Singh Bohra and Harsh Chauhan, under the disciplined training of the coach cleared the Zonal Round and Proudly marched forward to bag the shine of the Silver Medals on their chest.

Participation in Science, Maths, English and G.K. Olympiad itself is the biggest competition where a student competes to outshine others. It infuses a healthy competitive spirit through reward based assessment.

The students of the school are divided into six different houses. Chenab, Jhelum, Sutlej, Ganga, Ravi, Yamuna. Each house is managed by Teachers and Students as House Captain, House Vice –Captain and House Prefects. The House on duty performs its duty of conducting the day-to-day activities, competitions in systematic and disciplined manner. Many competitions were conducted i.e singing, dancing, painting, skating and house board competitions.

Various Co-Curricular Activities are held under different Clubs to develop a child physically, morally, socially and mentally and to hone skills in co-scholastic areas. Regular Club Activities are held in which the students participate and display their caliber.
The different Clubs are Eco Club, Heritage Club, Health and Hygiene Club, Anti Harassment Club.
Health and Hygiene club members of DPS Daulatpur organized a workshop to provide best of knowledge and explain the importance of health Dr.Saloni Masson an eminent M.B.B.S,D.C.H Neonatologist and child specialist helped students with a lot of tips for their health and hygiene .At the same time Heritage club carried its responsibility of enhancing and developing the aesthetics among our students (SPICMACAY) Sattriya Classical Dance form of Assam was organized at DPS,Daulatpur on 8th December 2022.
By providing a conducive and encouraging environment and to expand learning through experience, trips were organized.
On 12th October 2022, the students of class 12th attended the educational trip to Vijayi Electrical Ltd. One of the largest and leading manufacturer-exporters of Power and Distribution of Transformers.
On 21stFeburary 2023, the students of classes 4 and 5 visited Himgiri Plastics-to gain and update their knowledge about the different versions of plastic.
On 28th January, students of classes 1and 2 were taken to Patanjali Research Center.
In the vast and diverse field of education, staying updated forms a vital parameter to enhance the process of teaching and learning .A number of workshops were organized for Students, Teachers and Principal.

‘’The world is but a canvas to the imagination’’. The 5th Inter School Creative Art and Craft ‘Kalangan’-2022 was organized on 26 November, 2022. It served as a platform to project the innate talents, innovation and creativity of the students in art and craft. Around 400 children from several schools across Haridwar painted their imagination in bold and beautiful colours. Students showcased their talents by participating in different events- Rangoli competition, Mehendi competition, stone painting, canvas, shoe painting on the spot drawing and many more. Principal, Ms Poonam Shrivastava explained the goal of competition and motivated the students to achieve greater heights in life.
Blessing Ceremony and farewell for the students of class XII was held on 30TH January,2023. On this occasion, School Pro Vice Chairman, Mr. Vikas Goyal and Directors Mr. Piyush Jain, and Mr. Ajay Jain along with our Principal Mam blessed the students and motivated them to perform well in the examination. Valuable exam tips to excel in the board examination were given to the students and they were showered with their blessings. Students of class XI Performed several beautiful dance performances and conducted the event in the most professional manner .Students of class XII expressed their love and affection for their school , teachers and friends and shared many memories and nostalgic moments.
Each one of us carries unique undiscovered potential within ourselves. In order to unleash the inherent hidden talent of its students, Delhi Public School Daulatpur organizes a virtual talent hunt competition- I am Me. Students from Prep.Jr.toIX& XI Participate and showcase their talents in singing, dancing, playing musical instruments, stand-up comedy and many more.
‘’A Little Progress Each Day Adds Up To Big Results.’’ Prize Distribution Ceremony was organized in our school on 25th March, 2023for classes I to V the victorious students in the field of education, cultural activities, sports etc. were honoured. The chief Guests distributed the prizes to the overwhelmed students in various categories of Excellence in performing Arts, three top positions section wise and Class Topper. Subject toppers of all the classes were also awarded with medals, trophies and certificates. INTERSCHOOL CREATIVE ART AND CRAFT COMPETITION-‘KALANGAN’, Virtual Talent Hunt’, I am Me were also felicitated by the esteemed guests.
